by I’ve been working solidly over the last month or so, towards my exhibition which is coming up in July, and I’m feeling reasonably satisfied with most of the work. Recently I’ve been trying out working on smoother, hot pressed, paper and while its been a struggle to lay a consistent wash on the smooth paper a couple of the paintings have come out ok.
Because I need around 40 framed works for the exhibition I’ve also been pretty tied up with organising framing, advertising etc, but it’s coming together pretty well.
